CHIMNEY REPAIRS
Exterior stucco can be done in multiple finishes including soft sponge, small drag, smooth finish, dryvit, and dash finish. Stucco can be done to the entire wall or a section.
Concrete sidewalks can be done by block or the entire side walk. Concrete sidewalks and driveways will be poured and will be broom and rose finished. Driveways and side walks will be pitched so that rain can run off appropriately. Driveways will be tore down, debris will be removed and then a tamp down and then frame it. Once framed we put modify and then tamp it down again. Then we install concrete mesh and pour the concrete driveway.
Repair and replacement of concrete steps. Concrete step(s) will be tore down and then reframed before being poured. Concrete steps can be finished with bullnose.
Chimney Repair by removing loose and falling bricks. Rebuild chimney with new bricks and install new terra cotta with chimney cap. Chimneys can be pointed and even stucco.

Concrete Porch and Patio
WINDOWS & LINTEL REPAIR
Retaining walls can be build by first digging the foundation 3 feet deep if the wall is higher than 2 feet. Then modify is put down and tamped down. Then the wall is built based on the clients budget.
When pointing brick and stone the lose mortar is removed. The stone and bricks can be power washed if needed or based on the budget. Then new mortar is installed in the joints are repointed.
Demolition of preexisting porch or patio. Framing new porch or patio. Reinforcement of the porch wall to ensure that the porch is stabilized. Installation of lintel for basement window to ensure that the concrete porch is structurally sound. If needed I will parge the wall underneath the porch.
Installation of glass block windows, sliding windows and double hung windows. Glass block windows installed piece by piece including vents.
PARGING BASEMENT WALLS
CONCRETE BASEMENT FLOORS
Removal of old and lose debris. Then any holes are filled in before the rough coat is applied. After rough coats are dried the final smooth coat is applied for the finished look.
Demolish preexisting floor. Grade and put the modify and tamping down. Ensure that the floor has the proper pitch if needed before pouring the floor. The final finish is smooth and level.
